Cancellation policy
If you purchase a product from Frenchie Health Co using a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription by:
-Logging into your customer account and selecting “Manage Subscription”, or
-Contacting our support team at frenchiehealthco@gmail.com
Billing
When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the frequency you selected at checkout. Charges will continue unless you cancel your subscription.
After Cancellation
Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged again. Any orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow our standard 15-Day Return Policy:
-Items must be unopened and unused
-All original packaging must be intact
-Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
Due to safety and quality standards, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
