15-Day Return Policy

We want you — and your Frenchie — to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we’re here to help.

You may return any item within 15 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the following conditions are met:

-Items must be unopened and in the same condition as received

-All original packaging must be intact

-Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date

Please note: We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to safety and quality control standards.
